The person behind
Lone Rosenørn Jakobsen
Owner and Advisor
Behind Attenta is Lone Rosenørn Jakobsen. She combines solid professional grounding with many years of hands-on leadership experience at every level of the organisation – nationally and internationally – and has worked with more than 500 leaders and teams through advisory and focused development programmes. That gives her an understanding of both the strategic ambition and the reality in which leaders and employees have to operate.
Good leadership has been a personal driving force for many years.
Lone is a problem-solver who quickly creates an overview and room for ways forward. The approach is carried by presence and a genuine interest in the people involved. The leadership standpoints are the concentrate of many years of leading, many years of developing leaders, and what Lone believes in and strives to live by.
Lone has hands-on experience as managing director of Eli Lilly Denmark, as capabilities lead across the Nordics and the UK, has served on an international leadership team for commercial capability development, and was previously a commercial leader in Denmark.
Theoretical grounding and an enduring appetite for learning have led to several leadership programmes and certifications. In 2017 a two-year MBA from Aarhus University in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership; a foundation course in psychology, a Diploma in Leadership and, most recently, in 2025 Lone became a Stifinder.
